CAB-3920: UUI Search can not recover after bad request with special chars (#872)

* CAB-3920: UUI Search can not recover after bad request with special chars
- recreate search subscription to searchModel$ on error
- Change searchModel$ to a Subject to prevent bad search parameters from creating an infinite loop when recreating search subscription on error
- don't pass searchModel$ observable to searchService
- move initialSearchModel to be set after all child components load in AfterViewInit. With the change from BehaviorSubject to Subject, they were not receiving the initialSearchModel. This broke 'sharable urls' from displaying the initial search & facet.
- increase max_old_space_size to 4G for e2e-local to prevent `FATAL ERROR: Ineffective mark-compacts near heap limit Allocation failed - JavaScript heap out of memory`
- remove unnecessary queryParams from navigateToDisplaySearchPage
- delay 0 to prevent "Expression has changed after it was checked" when initial search is performed afterViewInit in parent
