Allow overriding the default print format

You can now specify your own tabular format. This is done by specifying
the `line_format` parameter in the UI section of the config:

You can specify for exmpale:

```
[UI]
...
line_format = {URL:<{url_pad}} -- {USER:<{user_pad}}{Tags:<{tag_pad}}
```

The default format is:

```
"{ID:<3} {USER:<{user_pad}}{URL:<{url_pad}}{Tags:<{tag_pad}}"
```
