feat(context): remove generic parameters from `BindingFilter` type

The generic parameter was not used, it was preserved for backwards
compatibility only.

BREAKING CHANGE: The type `BindingFilter` is no longer generic. Please
update your code and remove any generic arguments provided for the type.
