Fixed call stack for composite container exceptions

- Replaced abstract NotFoundExceptionInterface with sub-container
  prefixed id message in local RecordNotFoundException
- Added passing previous exception to overwriting and rethrown ones
- Added non-local id detection and appending it to call stack message
  for TrackingRecordNotFoundException

Forwarded call to sub-container may produce its own call stack throwing
NotFoundExceptionInterface if one of its internal rerefeences fails.
CompositeContainer call stack information is limited to calls made within
its scope and it doesn't necessary mean that last identifier is directly
undefined - checking (enclosed) previous exception might be required.
