Changed exceptions type hierarchy

- Setup InvalidTypeException stopped implementing container's exception
- LogicException base for circular reference errors

Dropped change making RecordNotFoundException parent for its tracking
equivalent as it needs distinct catch to avoid rethrow and multiple
call stack path appending.
