Fixes issue #1958

Modifies the CreateInstance in pywbem_mock/_mockmofwbemconnection.py for
CreateInstance to:

1. Verify that all key properties from the class are in the new instance.
We want to be sure all instances in the mock repository have complete
paths.

2. If the instance path or keybindings are not in the new instance,
create the instance path and insert it into the instance.

3. Add tests specifically for this change.
