Clarified namespace/host are ignored when Result/AssocClass are CIMInstanceName

The ResultClass and AssocClass parameters of association operations can be
specified as class name strings or as pywbem.CIMClassName objects. In the latter
case, these objects obviously can have their host and namespace attributes set.
In order not to raise false expectations, this change clarifies that the host
and namespace attributes are ignored when these parameters are specified as
CIMClassName objects. See issue #1907.
