Added support for profile versions in end2end tests

Details:

* Added a field 'registered_version' to the profile definitions
  in tests/profiles/profile.yaml. The field is optional, and if
  not specified, the profile definition matches any version.

* Added the profile version to the profile_definition and
  single_profile_definition fixtures for end2end tests.

* Updated any testcases that use the profile_definition and
  single_profile_definition fixtures to add the profile version.

* Removed the PROFILE_DEFINITION_DICT that optimized the access
  to the profile definitions, because the version matching now
  requires an algorithm (which is in the single_profile_definition
  fixture).

Unrelated changes:

* Changed any invocations of server_func_asserted() to specify
  the function arguments as keyword args, for clarity.

* Made the 'name' and 'org' arguments of ProfileTest.init_profile()
  required arguments. It does not make sense not to have them.
