Documentation (#5)

* - Added config options tor timeout and connect_timeout.
- Added example for retrieving interval details.
- Added "not like" having filter
- Changed default value for $granularity to use the constant Granularity::ALL instead of a string
- Updated documentation

* - Updated documentation
- cardinality method now also accepts an array with dimension names.
- hyperUniqueCardinality does now not require an alias output name `$as` anymore.

* Updated more documentation and fixed phpstan issue.

* Added more documentation and removed HasMetrics trait as it is not used.

* Updated documentation, be more consequent in fieldnames camel_case, output names in snakeCase, quotes as single quotes in examples and make use of constant types if possible.

* Rewritten orderBy() logic. It is now split up in two separate methods.  `orderBy()` which should be used for GroupBy and TopN Queries, and `orderByDirection()` for TimeSeries, Select and Scan Queries. In this way there is less "magic" and no useless "dimensions" given in the orderBy() method which are never used. Added a method in the QueryBuilder to make sure that our code is backwards compatible.

* Added some more documentation and the execute() method now also allows a QueryContext object (not requires an array anymore)
