4.1.2: Bugfixes (#65)

* Bugfixes:
 - structure: The last segment can somehow have empty dimensions, which is wrong. Now we traverse back until we have a segment with both dimensions and metrics.
- index task: if the transform only had a filter specified, it was not applied.
