Add tag support for text box element (#143)

We add support for tags in the text box element, in the same way as we
did for the embedded elements. Tags can be added via a Google Doc by
suffixing the `Textbox:` line with tags in brackets:

Usage in Google Doc:
```
Textbox: [perfect-first-tag another-tag]

Content of the textbox goes here
---------------------------------
```
