Fix and update fixtures (#141)

* Fix undefined method bug

Removes a `.present?` method, which failed because we are not using
ActiveSupport.

* Update fixtures and reference documents

As the api for embedding tweets, vimeo and youtube videos has  changed, 
we need to update the fixtures used for mocking requests and also update
the reference documents for testing.
