More Checks to Avoid Aliasing

While the user is expected to provide 'reasonable' parameter values, we
now explicitly check to avoid aliasing.

* Enabled Obspy anti-aliasing filter when the user wants the input
  waveforms resampled, but does not provide a value for --fmax
* Updated tests and expected results. Tests were previously running
  purposely with aliased input, to restrict output file sizes.
