More Unit Tests for Xcorqc

* Added a suite of unit tests for cross-correlation of T components
* Updated input data which now contain N and E components for testing
  T cross-correlations
* Removed a large number of expected files and replaced them with a
  a single zip file that gets unzipped at runtime for comparison.
* Made loggers in Xcorqc unique -- previously they weren't which was
  causing garbled log files.
* Fixed a small bug in Xcorqc where station coordinates were not being
  exported correctly.
