Test for fetching softmasked sequence (#344)

* Data file to test the softmasked change to FastaSequence

* Added tests for softmasked sequence fetching.

* Removed unused variables.

* Added synonym for softmasked sequence fetching test.

* Replaced test masked file with copy of test file after adding some softmasked bases.

* Updated chromosome to match the new test file contents.

* Shifted softmasked sequence so other tests on the start of the chr work.

* Shifted softmasked sequence and added params to fetch softmasked sequence.

* Added test_masked file to testdata dir.

* This file has been moved to testdata dir.

* Updated path to the test file.

* Clear the fasta cache before testing seq without the masking parameter.
