<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/80aa90ff2">DOMDataUtils.php: Fix json-parsing of data-mw and data-parsoid

* Most of the code treats these as objects, so make the json parsing
  default to parsing them as objects.

* Instead of forcing data-parsoid-&gt;sa and data-parsoid-&gt;a to be
  arrays, make them objects as well.
