* Passes genTest generated test of wiki Help:Wikitext using:
  node bin/parse.js --genTest ListHandler --genTestOut
    listHelpWikitext.txt --pageName &quot;Help:Wikitext&quot;
    &gt;/dev/null &lt;/dev/null

* Passes: node bin/parserTests.js --wt2html --quiet
  using JS2PHP hybrid pipeline running solo and with
  other ported PHP handlers.

* Added --breakLine ####  command line parameter to
  TransformTests.php to allow #### to be a line number
  such as 5888 which aids debugging larger files
  allowing the debugger to set a breakpoint and gain
  control at a specific line.
