docs/UserGuide: fix branding & update commands usage and description (#50)

The User Guide still mentions "Address Book" despite the change to morph
it into "PlanWithEase", a degree planner application.

Additionally, command usages and descriptions are mostly still
`person`-oriented due to the legacy Address Book codebase, and has yet
to be updated.

Let's fix this by updating the entire User Guide to ensure that:
* all command usages are up-to-date
* all command descriptions include intuitive examples
* all "Address book" related phrases are replaced accordingly in the
  correspoding contexts accordingly
