docs/UserGuide: update `find` command usage (#49)

The `FindCommand` was updated to allow searching of keywords in other 
fields apart from `Name, such as:
* `Code`
* `Credits`

However, these changes have yet to been reflected in the User Guide, 
which may confuse the users.

Let's update the User Guide to reflect the changes made to `find` 
command through updating:
* the `find` command usage
* the examples of `find` command
* the restrictions of `find` command (e.g. able to find one field at a 
  time only)
