Commit Message

Remove packet.Raw and packet.Header.PayloadOffset

They are populated by calling Marshal/Unmarshal and can be quite
dangerous/confusing. They really should be read-only, and it turns out
that two functions already exist to replace them.

Replacements:
```
packet.Raw                  -> packet.Marshal()
packet.Header.PayloadOffset -> packet.Header.MarshalSize()
```
