Fix runlength backfill bug (#146)

* Run length - bug with backfilling of nans with dask arrays (bfill misses occasional nans when chunksize is 1 for time)

* Rolling.sum() or .max() functionality now inherits the reduce dim from rolling

* Ensure resample aggregation (min, max, mean etc) receives time dimension as input

* Automatic rechunk of dataarray for run-length bfill calculation

* Autorechunk only when dims>1

* Dependency fixes
