add ability to generate a logfile

   * previously there wasn't a good way to troubleshoot ipmi commands
     with rubyipmi.  With this commit we can now output Rubyipmi debugging
     information to a logfile.
   * In addtional to generating a log file you can also supply your own
     logger should you need to control where the logs go.
