JSON storage adapters: make package-private

The JSON storage adapters' (JsonSerializableAddressBook,
JsonAdaptedPerson, JsonAdaptedTag) sole purpose is to adapt their
respective model classes into a form that is serializable/deserializable
by Jackson.

As such, they are an internal implementation detail of the storage
layer, and should not be used directly by classes in other architecture
components.

To enforce this constraint, make them package-private.
