Move zscore and pvals calculations to CubeSlice

* Move all actual work to CubeSlice, since this is the natural place for
  these calculations to live in (since they can only be calculated on
  2D) contingency tables
* Make CrunchCube methods re-use the CubeSlice methods, and stack the
  results.
* Add docstrings and make sure exporter tests pass
