Merge branch 'extract-measures'

Refactoring branch where the _Measures object and an object hierarchy on
_BaseMeasure was extracted from CrunchCube. These objects handle loading
the base array of values from the cube-dict and allowing simple
selection of the appropriate measure between means, weighted counts, and
unweighted counts.
