Those views runs 10 thousands sqls if we don&amp;amp;#39;t use django&amp;amp;#39;s
select_related() and prefetch_related() functions. Refs #2292

After this change, there are only 6 sqls are needed for views of
open, accepted, rejected and my submissions.
