Replace the TwitchAPI class (#171)

* Remove the TwitchAPI class

After previous refactors, it was used in only one place.

* Correct product field types

* Rename the fetchUserInfo function to fetchUser

There used to be two user-fetching functions. Now that there is only
one, simplify its name.

* Create a utility object for the API

* Move URL specifications into api.ts

* Improve API error handling

* Add API tests

* Convert saveProduct into an asynchronous function

* Require a type for get and fetch
