<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/286bc0f83">Improve templatedata spec compliance wrt leading and trailing newlines

* Had to rejigger serializePart to pass in more information into it
  for the purposes of handling newline requirements correctly in
  regular and multi-part template scenarios.

* Made the no_selser test optional since it is not necessary in some
  of the new tests and carefully adding and formatting data-parsoid
  correctly gets a bit annoying.

* Added a bunch of new mocha tests.
