converter: add URL option to specify Rivet analysis name in YODA export

* The automatic Rivet analysis name is constructed from the collaboration, publication year and INSPIRE ID.
* It is useful to allow the Rivet analysis name to be specified in the YODA export, e.g. if it contains the SPIRES ID.
* Examples:
  https://hepdata.net/record/ins319520?format=yoda&rivet=ALEPH_1991_S2435284
  https://hepdata.net/record/ins319520?table=Table1&format=yoda&rivet=ALEPH_1991_S2435284
