Use `.reflect_on_association` instead of `.reflections`

The method `.reflections` returns a hash which in the tests for Rails
4.2.0 has all the keys as strings. By using `.reflect_on_association`,
the association name can be specified as either a string or a symbol, so
the test becomes agnostic of the reflection internals.

This commit also changes all usages of `.reflections.values` to
`.reflect_on_all_associations`.
