In all other scenarios, the previous constraints can be carried forward without any changes. * Did additional cleanup and made before/after handlers a bit more symmetrical. * This eliminates semantic roundtrip failures on 'Keetmanshoop Airport'. * Updated the paragraph parser test to also test 5 newline separation.
