BP-29 (task 3): use metadata service uri for constructing registration client

Descriptions of the changes in this PR:

- Deprecated `getRegistrationClientClass` and changed bookkeeper client to use metadata service uri to construct metadata driver.
- Add a test case for TestZKRegistrationClient and fixes issues caught by the test case.
