Add `use_external_dot` argument to `render_pmap_file()`

* Add `use_external_dot` argument to `render_pmap_file()` to support using external `dot` command for the graph generation, which is much faster.
* Extract `get_file_type()` and `export_dot()` to `utils.R` for better reuse.
* Add `external_dot()` for calling external `dot` command for graph generation.
* Add graphviz dependency to CI
