Second to last PR for CRAN submission (#57)

* draw_likert tests, examples, vignette, and implementation

* Rest of draw_likert commit I forgot.

* Fixes to ordered data as factors and a few tests.

* Bump version dep to 3.3 per nfultz

* First pass at new readme, new getting started, move old getting started to build_importing

* Tests for likert code.

* Fixing a typo in getting started.

* We support panel data now LOL

* Slight change to Likert data.

* Slight change to Likert tests

* Major vignette update, front page updates, documentation updates. Not the final pass yet.

* Stubs for the incomplete vignettes, another doc pass.

* Pre-release changes, including slight changes to comments, some minor code changes, some line break changes.

* Styler pass to change all my assignment operators.

* Styler broke, so I manually fixed part of this file.
