Mirror support for biomodels (#325)

* Biomodels mirror support and mock for unit test

Biomodels unit test now has a mock to use a local SBML file,
avoiding network access. Mirrors are EBI or CalTech.

* Add mock module to appveyor and travis

* Make copy of file for biomodels download mock

Needed because import_from_biomodels deletes the source file
after import, assuming it to be a temporary download.
