Smarter chord algorithm (#6)

* Added Chord case class and toListCorner abstract method to CornerPoint
* Isolate chords in makeRectangleCorners function
* Added a new(ish) line sweeping algorithm
* Implemented a smarter chord-based algorithm.
* Spread out partitioning objects into three files in a subdirectory
* Changed the names of a few objects and classes
* Renamed a variable in LineContainer class
* Added nomalization to the getHoles method
* Moved the z coordinate method to CornerGeometry trait so that everything can use it when linesweeping
* Added a lineSweeping trait and simplified line sweeping code
* Added method to Rectangle class that transforms it to a Polygon
* removeAxisAligndColinearity works on polygons with holes as well
* Added more tests and fixtures
  * Added a test for rectangles being non-overlapping
  * Added a test of whether unioning the partitions equals the original
  * Moved polygon fixtures to resources directory
  * The fixtures variable is now a map that maps filenames to Polygons
