Handle holes (#4)

* Add plotly-scala dependency for plotting
* Fixed some issue with intellij, jboss, and sbt
* Added method to retrieve holes from polygons
* Added methods for plotting polygons, rectangles and extended corners
* Polygon partitioner accommodates holes, so long as there are no chords.
* Update tests after the changes to accommodate holes
* OrthogonalPolygonBuilder.approximate method approximates all holes as well
