fix: upgrade file-type from v15 to v21 (#97)

feat: upgrade file-type from v15 to v21

file-type v21 is ESM-only, so use a dynamic import() workaround to
load it from this CommonJS project without breaking existing consumers.

- Replace `fromBuffer` with `fileTypeFromBuffer` (v21 API)
- Remove unnecessary `Buffer.from()` wrapper (v21 accepts Uint8Array)
- Use Function-based dynamic import to prevent TS from converting
  import() to require()
