Remove support for lookup of references in unbound schemas via an App.potion global

- Updates fields.Object so it is ResourceBound
- Presumably adds support for multiple Api() instances within the same app (untested)
- Where a field does not belong to a resource that has been added to the Api and is therefore bound, the reference must either point directly to the resource class or be a module path definition to the resource class
