Add native binding for list_installations (#5)

Description
===========

This patch adds a new native binding to `list_installations`. This API
is based on a sidebranch of `uvm_core` named
`feature/unity-hub-support`. It allows to list installations from both
uvm and unity hub. This is important as the uvm tool moves to be 100%
compatible to Unity Hub.
