scripts: multi-machine installation kickstart

* BETTER Improves kickstart scripts and documentation by introducing
  multi-machine installation setup where each service (Elasticsearch,
  Celery, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis) is running on a dedicated
  machine. This better emulates usual production environments.

* Provides directly runnable Vagrant configuration to test installation
  instructions. Useful for developers and daily verification builds.
