roles refactoring ...

moved most of the dynamic methods, like is_#{role}? into concrete methods, e.g is_gatekeeper?
Although this does lead to some duplication, and being dependent on the hard-coded role names, it makes it easier to find and follow the relevant method from within the rest of the SEEK code.
