Replace Travis with GitHub Actions, switch to WTT SonarCloud

Starting June 15th 2021, builds on travis-ci.org are no longer supported
and travis-ci.com is to be used instead. At the same time, the
integration approach no longer relies on .travis.yml files.

This commit replaces Travis CI with Github Actions to bring back CI and reduce external
dependencies. At the same time, the project is configured to use WTT's
SonarCloud account.

* Add parameters for SonarClooud
* Specify groupId for Jacoco to allow it to run on CI
* Add GitHub token for PR info access by SonarCloud

Drop Java 8 from CI build.  Things have changed since
https://github.com/wttech/AEM-Rules-for-SonarQube/issues/201 and neither
the SonarQube Server, nor the SonarQube Scanners support Java 8 any
more.
