ensure that we make an explicit copy() of the parameter vector when calling the likelihood() or prior transform(), so that users can make inplace changes of those. Technically that comes at some performance cost, but that seems small enough and better than weird hard to diagnose behaviour if we don't make copies. Addresses #362 I've also specifically scrambled inputs in test-gau.py tests to ensure if .copy() is ever removed, we detect it.
