Use patch logic for component render (#254)

* Update patch logic

* Point components tests to diffhtml source

This allows for testing against the real source instead of built source.
So much easier to test things this way!

* Refactor component re-rendering to use pipeline

Component re-rendering works by calling outerHTML into a fragment. This
refactor relocates the logic that normalizes into the patch pipeline.
Before this DOM operations occurred after component re-rendering missing
transitions and complicating logic around component/mount & unmount.

* Fix tests
