global: beginning of new generation

* INCOMPATIBLE Refactors code to the new structure,  uses Invenio-DB
  and removes Flask-registry in favor of entry points. (closes #17)

* INCOMPATIBLE Uses classes to represent upgrade recipes.

* BETTER Adds python 3.x compatibility.
