Clean up Schedule code and add more tests

- Fix bug in `enqueue()`: The conditional added epsilon to the `at` time
  when the times where *not* equal. The correct behavior adds an epsilon
  when the times *are* equal.
- Fix bug in `step` (refactored as `runOneStep`): It incorrectly ran all
  activities at a specific time **and** order as one step. The correct
  behavior runs all activities at a specific time as one step, albeit
  grouped by order.
- Document the `Schedule` class
- Minor refactorings and name changes
- Extend `Schedule` with `Clearable`
- Add more tests
