Fix Grammar in Main Crate Documentation

After reading the documentation I noticed the sentence

> The operations can run on different Backends {CPU, GPU} and must not be defined at compile time, which allows for easy backend swapping.

In English, this means that the user is not allowed to specify the backend at compile time. That sound a bit weird, and reads to me as if you wanted the equivalent of the German "braucht nicht" (having since learnt you are a startup in Berlin), so I replaced that with "doesn't have to". (Also, my editor re-wrapped some lines.)
