Merge pull request #309 from dawagner/cmake-multiproject-fix

CMake: Replace CMAKE_BINARY_DIR with PROJECT_BINARY_DIR

The former refers to the build's root dir while the latter refers the the
current project's build root dir. This makes a difference when a build contains
several projects.

Avoid using CMAKE_BINARY_DIR since its meaning changes in such a case.
