Initial scrypt support

Support for the scrypt sequential memory hard password hashing function.

This presently requires the scrypt branch of libsodium in order to work.
It also requires a SODIUM_EXPORT tweak to make the crypto_scrypt symbol
exported.

Other than that, the tests pass locally for me.
